Happy New Baby!

Yeah! We have a new baby in our family and I offered to stamp thank you cards for them ;o) So here is what I came up with - something simple that can be mailed without additional postage but yet cute!

The 'happy new baby' is embossed in black - it really makes it pop! Also, the handprint that is mounted on the chocolate chip cardstock is attached using stampin dimensionals to give it some dimension as well.

On the inside I just stamped a simple 'thank you' using the Family Phrases stamp set as well. I just love that stamp set and even though it is retired I still find myself going back and pulling it to use!!

Stamp Sets: Nursery Letters Jumbo Wheel, I'm Here, Family Phrases

Card Stock: Pretty in Pink, Naturals Ivory, Chocolate Chip

Stampin' Pads: Regal Rose, Pretty in Pink,

Accessories: Black Embossing Powder, Stampin' Dimensionals, Paper Piercer and template

~TFL & Enjoy~

Awesome card! It's my idea of simple, striking perfection!! Love that alphabet wheel across the bottom and the piercing at the top left! Great stuff you have on your blog, lots of great talent from your fellow swappers too! Thanks for sharing it!
